This site is made for my clients to see my services easier and more detailed .

TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me in any kind of way , you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statements can be bound to change if discussed with me.
► GENERAL TERMS
▪ please write in a clear and nice manner as well as providing neat references and not just paragraphs of text.▪ any fake satisfaction / false positive feedbacks will not be tolerated.▪ any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled
if it occurs and failure to follow the rules provided i have the right to decline your commission.▪ clients are expected to give proper feedback on the artist using only emoji's to reply ,
is considered as not a proper reply.
► PAYMENT
▪ Please be adviced that any complex design may increas the payment .
▪ All commissions can be paid in full upfront or half .
▪ The Currency i accept is $ USD
▪ Any payment are made through paypal .
▪ to reserve a slot commissioner must pay a down payment to avoid slot cancelling .
▪ An invoice will be sent to your paypal address once everything is settled and agreed upon.
▪ Installments are allowed

▪ Once you settled the payment / i already started the commission you will be given 3months of ETA
▪ Updates will be sent via Twitter
▪ You are allowed to make changes on the commission as long as the file is not finalized
▪ I'm not going to give the rigging progress file . (only the file dedicated for certain software you're going to use)
▪ Final Files are going to be sent via google drive
live2d model art
▪ Once you settled the payment / i already started the commission you will be given 3months of ETA
▪ Updates will be sent via Twitter
▪ You are allowed to make 3 minimal changes while the artwork is still on sketch phase.
▪ Final Files are going to be sent via google driveI will NOT do

► privacy terms
▪ The client agree to not share any personal information about the artist/rigger
► customer satisfaction
▪ I will do everything i can to make my customers happy.
However I won't be allowing any changes to be made after i've finished the commision
so please ask if you need anything to be changed during the process.▪ Any extra changes will result as an extra charges.
► COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
▪ I retain all copyright to my works
The commissioner may repost , share and use the commissioned piece.
▪ You are not allowed to re edit my works.
▪ You are not allowed to Resell or Make a profit on my works.
▪ You are not allowed to get model costumes for your model on other artist.
▪ credits MUST be given.
THE COMMISSIONER ARE ALLOWED TO :
▪Use the copyrighted artworks for personal use only unless we aggreed into some conditions.
▪ You have the right to your own character(s) but not the drawing itself
▪ Use my works to promote themselves only if their fully paid and proper credit given to the artist.
▪ if you break the copyright
infringement i will take serious actions .
THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT :
▪ Reproducing / Using my works commercially . UNLESS STATED AND AGREED UPON WITH THE COMMISSIONER
▪ Taking credit for the creation of my works
▪ Removing any watermarks / signatures
▪ Altering the artwork without my consent.
► REFUND
▪ You are NOT allowed to make a refund / cancel a commission once you already sent your payment▪ the client is NOT allowed to make a refund if the client gave a fake positive feedback.▪ if you payed in full i will only give half of the payment you sent (if the commission is not yet started)
▪client is not allowed to make a refund if the commission has been succesfully deliveredIF YOU FILE A CHARGEBACK AGAINST ME ,
YOUR RIGHT TO EVERYTHING I HAVE MADE FOR YOU WILL BE RETRACTED
AND I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELL THE WORKS TO NEW BUYERS :▪ You are forbidden to ever commission me in the future
▪ Your name will be publicly noted for other artist to watch out for.▪ I also have the every right to file a complaint and I have the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement bound to change if discussed with me , the artist , prior to the commission.
